Booking Policies: if you have previous work done on your brows, lips or eyeliner and you wish to book a touch up – Prior to booking an appointment, you must email us a picture of your previous tattoo and a picture of your desired permanent makeup look to ensure we can achieve the result you want.  We will reply with in next 48 work hours. 

Cover-up appointments will incur an additional $100 charge + price of 2-3 years touch-up appointment.  For eyeliner bookings, a pre-consultation via email is required before scheduling an appointment. Since getting eyeliner tattooed is a long-term commitment, we want to ensure it enhances your beauty, suits your lifestyle and eye shape, and brings you long-lasting satisfaction.

Deposits: $100 deposit for permanent makeup and $30 for all other appointments are necessary to secure an initial appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. It is non-refundable for any reason, and if you cancel your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling: To reschedule, please provide a 48-hour notice. You can reschedule once before forfeiting the deposit. Ensure you read the FAQ section before booking. If you have a conflicting issue with the procedure at your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and the appointment will be canceled. To reschedule, you must do so before the 48-hour mark prior to the original appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the deposit, requiring you to make a new deposit to book again. Rescheduled appointments will be subject to the current pricing. 

No Show policies and late cancellation:

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge. If you wish to reschedule your next appointment, you will need to pay full price upfront. 

Iif you reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment you will need to pay 50% of appointment and new deposit for future appointment.  Prices are subject to change and will be adjusted accordingly. 

 If you are late then 10 minutes your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.  

Touch-up services are not included in the initial fee and will vary in cost based on timing.  

We are recommending to come back for first touch up in approximately 5-12 weeks (depending on your age). Then you can come for refresh or colour boost once in 1,5-3 years) 

Results are not guaranteed, especially for clients with dark lips because dark lip correction can take several procedures to reach desired color requests.

 Refunds are not available for services provided. If you are uncertain or hesitant about getting a tattoo, the artist reserves the right to refuse service.
